What is the problem with the BIOS?
I have an old BIOstar A770E3 in stock. Which acts as a server. It used to be when entering the BIOS there was a CMOS Setup Utility, but today I took out an ssd, rolled Ubuntu 18.04 onto it, put it back - CMOS Setup Utility 2011 or 2012 as it was not there, instead of it some unusable default stuff Bios Setup Utiliy 2006 , which does not even allow you to start from an SSD, and no matter what boot mode (ahci/ide/raid/ide->ahci and all the others) I choose, it always throws at the Bio Flasher Utility.
What could be the problem? Which way to look? Where to dig?

Alternatively, the CMOS Setup Utility may have been related to an onboard raid that is now disabled.
Look in this old BIOS for the disabled integrated peripherial and enable it.
Well, you can also look at what is on the manufacturer's website with firmware, maybe there is a newer one.
