The memory in the motherboard from Intel is not detected, what could be the problem?
Server motherboard - Intel s2600gz
Dual CPU - Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 v2 @ 2.10GHz
BIOS version latest from Intel website.
I decided to add memory to the old man. I ordered from suppliers exactly the same memory in terms of characteristics as the working one, there are no differences, the article is the same, the year of production is different.
Kingston KVR16LR11S4L/8 1.35V
Actually, the old memory works, the new one is not detected on the port. those. BIOS sees that a bar is plugged into the port, but writes that an error has occurred. The memory is working, I checked it on another platform.

Of course, I won’t write the text of the error ...
first, try using the working module to set safe values \u200b\u200bfor RAM, which, in principle, your BIOS allows you to set: the minimum frequency, disable chipkill (or whatever it may be instead of it) and other chips ecc/reg memory.
in general, the new module is a bit vague: there is no production date, no timings, there are different part numbers on the stickers. it feels like a hard OEM, also released for some other brand. the wiring, again, is different, although this often occurs.
