There is no difference where to buy, but in China it is usually several times cheaper. Moreover, you can pull something out of unnecessary pieces of iron and use it calmly. (indicators, diodes, steppers, transistors, DC motors, some microcircuits, etc.). It's just a microcontroller and will work with anything you can plug into it.
