Hello everyone, I recently moved to Kaliningrad and I'm trying to find places, events or people related to IT in this city. Maybe there are some conferences, events or something similar in Kaliningrad? Are there people from Kaliningrad among you? Do you go to something similar if yes, then give links.

Essentially no. I once wondered this question when I was passing through. Meetup.com says that 34 people in Kaliningrad are eager for someone to organize something for those who are interested in IT. Arrange a meeting in one of the cafes near the main square - you will have your own IT party.
