Tried with Payoneer. Two payments went through. The third was rejected.
There were thoughts through a freelance exchange (that is, to force the client to register there), but I think these are unnecessary problems for the client, and I risk that he will find another freelancer.
There needs to be a more reliable way. It is desirable that there was an opportunity to make a moneyback.
