It's simple: I'm going to work as a freelancer, I have the skills. However, in my 20s, I look like this at 17. Customers and experienced freelancers, share your experience: how biased will my future employers be? I understand that knowledge and skills are more important, but still we are people.

I'm 21, but often they don't give me even 18.
