Sole proprietors, how do you work with oDesk (upwork)?
Hello!
As far as I know from the articles from Habr and the clerk, since we receive money not from customers, but from the exchange itself - de jure it is our customer and all reporting should be associated only with it.
There are several clarifying questions for individual entrepreneurs working with oDesk:
1) As we know, an individual entrepreneur must have primary documentation - contracts, invoices, acts of work performed. Is the offer agreement with oDesk a primary document?
2) How to draw up an act of completion when working for the oDesk exchange? Please explain step by step, at this point I have a complete stupor
3) All reporting, as a rule, is carried out only electronically - scans. But as far as I know, scans are not taken seriously by the IRS. Please clarify this moment.
Thank you!

on my own (SP, SOS 6%), worked through oDesk until I switched to a regular client.
1) withdrawal of money via PayPal (business account). everything is official. oDesk--$-->PayPal--rub-->IP account in the bank.
Accordingly, no foreign exchange control.
2) pay a tax of 6% on the fallen money. You are pure.
3) you don’t need any papers, but oDesk had a button like get a pdf with a signature on how much money they sent you.
and well, yes - for accounting I use modelo, they can always ask a question to accountants.
