How to sell your skills the right way?

How to correctly determine the cost of your work? There is a profile on the exchange, but for five months, not a single order, even for $ 10. There are 4 photos of examples of my work in the portfolio. How to correctly offer your price for a workbench, if it’s not enough, then it’s not a specialist, if it’s a lot, they won’t give you a job. They look at projects in the portfolio, but I myself found psd layouts, this is not from the customer, I made it myself from scratch and where there was only one page, I came up with the rest and filled it with content myself. Maybe this is the problem that the projects are not Klint (although how to understand this), but otherwise how can you show what you can do without giving any examples? But there are no real customers, and there is nowhere to show real examples.

Okay, you, it’s clear that a person’s native language is not.
Subject: review portfolio. Half of the customers when they see joxi.ru/RmzXBe8f0E8y1A will turn around and leave.
Uploading projects to some normal domain is not expensive.
If you sell yourself as a layout designer, you don't need to write that you are a wide specialist.
Respond specifically to the layout.
Judging by the site, your English is better than Russian, but it might be worth reconsidering the cover letter too.
If on a Russian-speaking freelance - 100% you need to do something.

Well, as an option (I did this -_-) We just look at layout orders and in some of them, customers immediately give a link to the layout for layout. Downloading / typesetting / in portfolio . (only change the contact details to the default ones. Like 8 900 800 8080). Visually, it is almost immediately clear if the layout is 'from the Internet', any Lorem text ... . + In Russian-language exchanges, it would be better to add to work in Russian.
If necessary, I can throw off a couple of layouts that I also just downloaded from assignments from real customers / combat layouts, so to speak. https://t.me/konstantinAlov

And why are you applying for $10 at all? It is really easier to take an order for $1000.
