Upwork address verification - what to do with permanent registration?

I have a permanent registration in a village in the Smolensk region, I myself have been living in St. Petersburg for 10 years. Accordingly, the address on Upwork is my actual one.
The other day I took an account statement from Alfa-Bank, and my registration address appears there (just a village, without a house). Upwork support said that the address on the statement must match the address on the profile.
What better way to be - look for a bank where you can indicate the actual address in the statement (there is such a thing) or change the address in the Upwork profile and live in peace (then it will be Lubavichi instead of St. Petersburg in the profile, but I think this is not very important for customers )?

I told Alfa Bank what my actual address of residence was, they entered it into the system and immediately printed out an extract with this address.

In alphabank, only the actual address is printed, that is, the one that is in your passport, it must be indicated in your upwork. I don't understand what is your problem?
