Is "web develop" spelled correctly?

On one large resource, they saw an inscription and a dispute arose whether this inscription, "web develope" is grammatically correct?
Not development, not develop, but like this. Correct or not?

Web development - web development.
If you want to develop, then this is a verb, and the phrase "web develop" will be translated as "web develops", and besides, with an error - "web develops". To paraphrase, something like this:
We develop the web, I develop websites. Well, @Scorpi
told you about the word "develope" . Google how often the word is used and in what context. But I wouldn't recommend it.
