Where can I find out how to freelance?

Hello, I'm 15. I'm a beginner web developer, I have a confident knowledge of HTML + CSS + JS (jQuery). The problem is that I don't know how to really work as a freelancer. That is, I have the necessary knowledge to start, but what documents to ask , how to work in the file manager, deep work with cms, work with databases, i.e. work not with the code itself. It seems that I learned something, but I can’t apply it, sometimes it even feels that everything is in vain and it’s not mine, I googled it, but somehow not very much (maybe I was looking for something wrong). Especially in the file manager of complexity, I recently tried to make an adaptive layout using media - it doesn’t work. Could you advise me what to do or, for example, suggest a site, a video, or better a book.
Please do not write that I am a schoolboy, and I need to score on freelance and go to school. I have my own reasons to start working.

Take orders in which you understand and at the same time do for yourself what you don’t know how to do, set a goal and solve problems step by step. For example, install a CMS and adapt the template for it, or even better, a one-page landing page and deal with it. Are you having a problem with the file manager? Take free test hosting. Connect to it, start working. You will learn what ftp is, get acquainted with some kind of hosting control panel, create a database, a user for the database, for ftp, and so with simple steps you will understand the essence of what is happening. Faced with problems, you will begin to look for answers, stumble upon courses, see what is relevant to you at the moment. CSS and HTML are just the beginning of a long journey that never ends.
Regarding the adaptive layout, I did not quite understand what the problem is. Ask a separate question or specify the problem.
