Either change the country, then several accounts, then a fake client.

If you have knowledge, but a new profile, it doesn't matter. The main thing is that the profile says what you can do and your previous work experience. Intelligent people are hired anyway.
And if you are a beginner and decided to start with Upwork, then it will be very difficult for you. You will fight with the Indians for a crust of bread, maybe later you will get a ban for unsuccessful attempts to take an order (yes, there is such a practice). So I would not advise climbing into Upwork without experience.
