Why have pro accounts risen so much on Russian freelance exchanges? What is it connected with?

Perhaps the question is rhetorical, but what happened to the Russian freelance exchanges.
On FL, now a PRO account for a month costs 1599 rubles. (3 months - 4461 rubles; a year - 14583)
Back in August, it cost about 500 rubles, if I'm not mistaken.
Where does such a rise come from, why is it so? On the contrary, I see that everyone is trying to escape from Russian exchanges to upwork, learn English and communicate only with foreign customers.
Then why such insane prices? What is connected with
UPD: Thank you all for your answers and opinions. And here is the official response from the exchange:
"Hello! Pricing now depends on the chosen specialization. In your account, you see the cost according to the specialization you have chosen. Prices for all specializations are indicated in the List of Paid Serviceshttps://www.fl.ru/press/contacts/ (link to the document on the left). Price changes are made by management in accordance with the economic situation on the market.

I understand everything - goats, rednecks, exploiters, miser - shareholders and management.
But: bread in your store did not rise in price? tulka did not rise in price? provider services? gym membership? etc.?
Everything or almost everything went up in price. The damned dollar is to blame (well, or not the dollar, it doesn't matter). The prices on the stock exchange also rose.
And now specifically for FL. How it works - there are shareholders (Mazhirin and pharmacists) and management (Rososhansky and Tarakhanov). Once every six months, the shareholders gather and tell the management - the level of profitability should be this. Pharmacists bought a share in c.u. and want to receive c.u. Mazhirin also c.u. needed - at least for their dances. So, at the beginning of 2013, the profit was 200,000 USD. per month, and at the beginning of 2015 it became 75,000 c.u. The shareholders tell the management that they need to return at least up to 150,000 USD.
How to do this is not the problem of the shareholders, but of the management. And the management begins to act - introduces Profi, raises the price of Pro, adds fixings and other small fees, fires a bunch of staff people - almost 90%! www.the-village.ru/village/blogs/business/221897-c...
Profit went uphill. "Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuoses! Shareholders will not be fired, they will even give a bonus" - this is how the management thinks. At the first stage, this is how it works.
But. What we have as a result: the service loses quality - there are not enough people to properly service users, code, servers - hence the constant falls, hacks and discontent ( https://vc.ru/n/fl-off , https://vc. ru/p/fl-hackedetc.). The service becomes more expensive (I note - in rubles, in USD it remains at the same level or cheaper) - hence the dissatisfaction of users again.
Damn, so why is this exchange not dying? Why does everyone go and pay again (judging by the analysis, the number of PROs over the past year has not decreased, but only increased)? And I will say - because there are orders. Not just orders, but many orders. See how much - primelance.com/analytics/. Damn, yes, as much as on all other exchanges combined.
Bottom line: Nothing will change for the foreseeable future. There will be a lot of orders for FL - they are used to it, it allocates more money for advertising than others, only it serves yuriks. Therefore, freelancers will go there, they will pay expensive Pro. This same Pro will continue to rise in price - I think by the middle of 2016 at the level of 2000-2500 rubles. If the ruble continues to misbehave, even more, or the price tag will be converted into dollars.
Say, in English is better and brighter? No and no again. Look at the price tag on the same Upwork and be glad that FL hasn't thought of this yet. One joy - there is a different price tag in projects, hence the profitability of working for the bourgeoisie.
Therefore - if you know or learn English - get the hell out of domestic freelancing. If you don’t know and aren’t going to learn, be glad that FL asks 1600 per month with an unlimited number of answers, and not 600 for 10 answers per month, and then 120 rubles for each answer + 10% from each order (each!) it's on Upwork.

The wonderful freelance marketplace owners wink and hint at us as best they can. "Run, run away from this country." xD

And fl went to the second round of total monetization, raised the price tag for pro and forbade responding to projects without a pro account. I hope they close

So that's excellent. More subscriber - less dumping schoolchildren. Forgot about hundreds of "I'll do for the review contact" under each order?

They understand that everyone is running away from their exchanges and want to finally milk those who have not yet run away

Perhaps they are simply short-sightedly trying to compensate for the loss of profits at the expense of their fans.

I would like such prices for odeske
They take 10% of all income. Earned 3 thousand ye? give 300 per month. This is 18 thousand rubles by the way. And 1 more for withdrawing to paypal

Let them make at least 10,000 a month, shkolota and left-wing people will merge right away and a real Russian exchange will appear. And now it's impossible to watch - "I'll do it for 500 rubles, please contact" and the like.
That is, the amount of orders and the level of professionalism will automatically increase. There, there have been talks in the communities for a long time in order to raise the minimum amount of the application - and the organizers acted even more cunningly and not more noticeable, it simply would not be profitable to work with such a tariff for 500-1000 rubles a day.
By the way, who has at least a hundred on upwork for a month - they give the same amount (10 kr) or more.

The stock market is dying? The patient is more dead than alive. There are a lot of orders, but they are all cheap. Quality exchanges cost $10 or take a percentage of earnings. Freelancing takes 2-3 times more. And he has already lost his turnip, having removed the community and his greed.
In general, this is even good, I began to study English closely and most likely I will forget about FL.

The most interesting thing is that the other day I tried to register on fl. But as I understand it, there is not even a test period - it's really buying a pig in a poke.
