Monitors

Is there a universal monitor for encoding and consuming video content (movies mostly, maybe games)?

You need a monitor so that your eyes can comfortably program behind it and at the same time you can watch movies on a large diagonal.
And so, I recently purchased an AOC Gaming CQ32G1 monitor, 32 inches 2k resolution, hung it on a bracket and sit behind it at a distance of just over a meter.
What feelings I got:
In native resolution, it is generally impossible to work on it, the text is very small, so I immediately scaled it to 150%.
In idea, the text is fuzzy, blurry, my eyes get tired of working like this, I think I’ll go back to the store soon and choose another one.

In this regard, I decided to consult, maybe someone has already found a monitor that does not lather the text and can share the name, and generally reflect on the following questions:
1. Today, 4k resolution monitors are common. But I understand that more resolution does not mean better. These are well suited for working with graphics, but not text. Otherwise, it makes no sense to buy (as in my case) 2k resolution, so that later it can be scaled to 150%
2. Perhaps it makes sense to take a 32-inch monitor, but with a resolution of Full hd? Then you don’t have to scale so much, the text should be clearer, and due to the large distance (about a meter), the pixels should not be visible? I have not tried this option, so I wanted to know if this hypothesis works for those who have already tried it.
3. Perhaps you should take two monitors of 22 inches Full hd and combine them into one? Does the band in the center interfere in this case when watching movies? Maybe then it makes sense to take a widescreen monitor right away?
4. Better curved or still normal?

In general, my desire is to find a universal monitor, as I wrote at the very beginning, but I'm no longer sure that this is possible.
Maybe someone already has a proven model or someone has already tried to do the same thing that I did and came to a certain conclusion.

Do you understand that the meaning of 2k, 4k resolution is not to fit more information, but to make it clearer? On a 4k monitor, you will need to set the magnification to 200% and this is completely normal.
To watch movies and code, you need any monik with a normal ips matrix. It makes no sense to take any anguts in either direction, as well as 2 monitors to combine into one (if you don’t know if you need them).

observation, blurring may be due to unsuccessful fonts, there was an article on Habré not very long ago about this. It is also worth finding about the blurring of the fonts that the OS uses. I set the consolas font to myself and turned off the blur
