The problem is connected the video card to the motherboard. Everything worked picture is. But after rebooting the PC, the image disappeared, the message "no signal" appears. I changed the video card and the scenario repeated itself. How to fix this problem? The motherboard is working and both video cards are in order. The HDMI cable has also changed.

If they are all Chinese without a screen, everything can be.
HDMI is an additional channel for a video card, the main DVI (with the number 1). This is a possible problem 2.
What if? 3 - Is the source switch on the monitor set correctly?
