Does hdmi produce more than 60 hertz?

I bought a video card that does not have a DVI-D connector, connected hdmi - 60 hertz maximum.
I read it, they say different things, that hdmi 2.0 can give out more than 60 hertz, but there were options that it wasn’t.
Can hdmi output more than 60 hertz?

Version 2.1 will give us 4K at 120Hz, 8K at 60Hz and even 10K for commercial installations.
