Is it worth it to use your photo on a freelance exchange if you look young enough?

Hello. I decided to try freelancing and ran into an interesting dilemma. When creating a profile, it is advised to use your own photo to increase the credibility of the customer. But should I use my photo if I look 16-18? Will it scare away the opposite of the customer?

Better not.
Real life example: the whole department laughed at a freelancer who looked like a schoolboy. They stopped laughing when he merged with the project and missed the deadline. We don't take any more schoolers.

A person can be photographed in different ways. There are no requirements for photos, the main thing is that you are on it. Take a photo where you look not so young) you can take a photo so that the face is not close-up, then it will be harder to see. But in general, a photo in freelance is not at all necessary.

no, if you are 30, then most likely they will tell you, but what is the secret of youth?
