How to buy a site correctly and what is the ADEQUATE price for it?

There is a completely ready-made design in .psd-files, now we are thinking about how to buy website programming correctly. Where is the best place to look for developers? On fl.ru or some other site? How to negotiate with them so that they do not throw or say - "it was not agreed and do it yourself"? What are the nuances?
I would also like to ask what is the ADEQUATE price for a site by type:
entering an index / address -> determining available stores and current prices / discounts in them -> main (choice of a store) -> a specific store (roughly speaking, after choosing we get a regular Internet shop like www.utkonos.ru/;the only "but" is the transfer of the order to the courier, who must collect the order. For lower costs, if you do not write an application, you can send it by mail). The design is already there! All you need is programming the site and filling it with goods (there are price lists in excel format, you need to match these prices on the site with pictures and descriptions from some online store).

According to your links (utkonos, google), an adequate price is from 500 thousand rubles. The project is designed for at least a couple of developers + -interfaces + -content.
For the sake of evaluation, you most likely forgot to mention that (all customers forget, by chance...):
- the site must display perfectly in all browsers
- the site must look great in mobile browsers, including all popular models / resolutions / aspect ratios, have swipes, enlarged buttons, etc - everything you need for comfort on devices
- you may not have mobile layouts, but you magically want the developers to fit everything
- admin panel (we thought that every site has an admin panel ... and of course it magically knows how to perform operations that are natural for this site). Here you forgot the lion's share of the functionality, 50-80 percent, because for ecommerce, this is important - content filling, statistics, and couriers management
- your designer is almost guaranteed not to think of anything, simply because the site does not exist yet,
and he did not evaluate many things in dynamics. For freelancing in design, this is a normal situation, and it will create rework and rework.
- you most likely will not formalize the description of the backend, but you will make adjustments!
- etc.
perhaps this is a plus, but not always for the studio. It’s convenient to work with your own designer, working with someone else’s design is always time for approval + many controversial points not thought out by the designer + impossibility to contact him
Only ? Filling the site with content is better to separate altogether and not scare the developers, or call it support and allocate it to a separate budget.
what is this, a joke? guys, it's your job to compose the content, and know exactly where the descriptions come from

There is no adequate price for two reasons:
- You do not have an adequate estimate of the amount of work.
- The price depends on many factors. Roughly: beginners will make a website for 10,000, experienced freelancers for 150,000, studios for 500,000, Artemy Lebedev for 1,500,000. You have some kind of budget and requirements for quality and deadlines. Proceed from them when choosing a contractor, negotiate volumes and terms. Price is an equation with a huge number of variables.

Work through upwork.com, they have hourly pay. Those. how much time will be spent on development, so much will you pay. Time, of course, is tracked by a special timer with proofs (screenshots every 10 minutes)

If you want a guarantee that there will be no hemorrhoids like "it was not agreed and do it yourself" - in my opinion, it's better to contact the studio. Freelancing has no guarantee. Ideally, you yourself should clearly understand what you want in order to broadcast your thoughts to the performer. Because very often there is a misunderstanding, and as a result, aggression towards each other. And the root of evil is in poor formalization of requirements. Design is a good basis for TK, but not its replacement. It is necessary to describe literally EVERYTHING in as much detail as possible, this is the only way to prove that everything was really agreed.

Expensive for a long time awesome
Or
Cheap fast like everyone else as always
You need to choose those performers whose work you like and that you can afford
Give the performer a specification and he will say the terms and cost of his work
