. Anyway... I'm an underage freelancer looking to set up my own cash account with minimal personal data loss. Due to the simplicity of my soul, I chose a random payment system. I thought that I would enter the name, mail and voila - registration. But it was not there! They attacked me with a demand to enter passport data, a street, a house, some other terrible documents and even a light bill (WHAT? I thought for a couple of seconds that this was a rofl and they were playing a joke on me) In general ... the same situation repeated itself with trying to create another wallet. What is going on? O_O
So..guys, what should I do? I don't want to register as a parent. They will stop giving me pocket money, they will say that you are an adult, since you earn money, and this is not included in my plans (I need more gold :) I need a wallet
so that I can interact with foreigners (well, you know what I mean).

Dashulya, the work does not begin with the opening of an account, but with the search for orders and the actual work. I advise you to first find someone who will be ready to pay you, and only then you will solve the issue with the bill.
Adults are sitting here and they are unlikely to have much experience in opening an account for a minor. With the consent of the parent, it seems to be no problem. Many banks provide this service. And so that without data entry at all - there is almost no such thing.
Perhaps Yandex.Money or PayPal will allow you to work with small amounts without identity verification.

Such ways are vanishingly few, if any. Governments tighten legislation in the financial sector. A year ago, I would have advised Payoneer, it fits your criteria, but since yesterday they do not serve cards of Russian citizens just because of the laws. And yes, all payment systems require the age of majority.
If you are not afraid of very large commissions, then you can try cryptocurrencies. But spending them, too, just does not work, alas.
