I plan to register a Payoneer card using a referral link in order to receive future freelancing income. I have been dealing with this topic for more than a week, since there is enough information on the Internet and on Toster.ru. I have already clarified a lot for myself, but I just can’t find answers to the following questions:
1. When registering Payoneer using a referral link:
a) Which bank will be the card issuer: Choice Bank (old cards with magnetic tape) or Wirecard Solutions (new cards with chip and hologram)?
b) What currency will the card/account have (USD or GDP)?
c) What are the tariffs and terms of service for this card? (To receive funds on a card and then withdraw at an ATM)
d) Is the Local Bank Transfer option available to Ukraine?
e) Is there an option to top up Payoneer using Private load (load.payoneer.com)?
f) Who will be the partner or will I be able to choose after registration?
2. If the card issuer is Wirecard Solutions (UK), is it possible to find out which of the Payoneer partners still issue cards from Choice Bank? The question is very relevant, because you don’t want to get money when converting currency at the MasterCard rate at the time of closing the transaction 1-2 days after the withdrawal.
3. When topping up Payoneer using load.payoneer.com, can I use visa prepaid cards (they are also called visa gift cards) issued by the American Bancorp bank?

I registered by referral and I was also interested in the question of private replenishment of the Payoneer card. And here's what I can tell you:
1. a) Most likely you will receive a Wirecard with a chip. I talked with their support, and really, there is one caveat - the issuer of the Payoneer card is determined automatically by the system, which looks at which affiliate program your friend was registered from (which referral you are registering with). For example, if your friend initially received a card from Odesk, then Odesk will be your partner, as I understand it, with their conditions and tariffs. Personally, I registered using the link of a person who registered on the Payoneer website and Payoneer is considered my affiliate program, just like his. And they made me a card with a chip. That is, if you want to know exactly which card will be sent to you, then ask your friend which affiliate program he registered with and which card he received. They also have Russian language support and they answer in Russian if you write them an email. But, they answer for a long time and you have to remind yourself in the chat or on the forum so that they do not forget about you.
b) Depends on the affiliate program, but in most cases USD (my Wirecard in USD, which was received through a referral through the site). There may be EURO, GDP for some partners. Need to know!
c) Again, depends on the partner from whom you receive the card. When registering, at the end you will be asked to familiarize yourself with the tariffs and conditions of the card. For my card, under the Payoneer program, the conditions are:
- Annual maintenance fee - $29.95
- Card reissue - $12.95
- For each ATM withdrawal - $3.15 + another % for currency conversion, if you withdraw not in $, but in hryvnias, rubles or Mongolian tugriks. The percentage can be different, for example, 3.5% if you are not withdrawing dollars at the MasterCard rate or 1.8% at the local bank's conversion rate. If you withdraw dollars, the commission will be $ 3.15 + 1.8% of the amount.
- Another $1 is withdrawn for refusing to issue money (if there are not enough of them, for example) and for viewing the balance on the card.

e) Immediately after registration, receipt of the card and its activation, this option will not be available. It can be activated in the support service if you regularly receive money on your card from Payoneer partners. For example, from freelancing, selling on Amazon/Ebay, or selling mobile games on the App Store, Google Play. There are many options for earning)
e) As I wrote above, it depends on which partner your friend registered, which referral you are going to register. If he registered through the Payoneer website, then Payoneer will be your partner, if through Odesk, then Odesk will be your partner. If I'm not mistaken, then it will be possible to change a partner after registration by writing to the support service about the reasons.
2. I was interested in this question myself, but I never found the answer to it. Their support service is silent like partisans during interrogation, if you ask them such a question in the forehead. 3. I asked the support service - they say that it is possible if you regularly receive payments from partners and you have the Private Load option enabled. But, in practice, I did not check. Perhaps one of the forum members knows more. Most interesting)
