Is it possible to replace the coating on prescription glasses?

Is it possible somewhere in Moscow to remove the old coating from the lenses (reflection, anti-glare, and so on) and replace it with a new one without replacing the lens itself? I have very complex and expensive lenses, and it is very expensive to change them entirely just because of the peeling off coating.
Google didn't help, of course.
