"Red eyes of the programmer" - how to fight, prevention?

Hello programmers. Probably, we all encounter this problem most often: red eyes, not very pleasant sensations in the eyes themselves, dryness, especially at the end of the day. To be honest, I am at the PC from morning to evening, so, naturally, my eyes get very tired. Previously, I didn’t carry out any preventive measures, but now I’m thinking, because it really became unpleasant. How do you deal with it? Digging/goggles? Thanks in advance.

1) A good quality monitor / monitors, if there are several of the same company and series.
2) Setting the optimal brightness for external lighting and time of day, for example, the f.lux program is very pleasing 3
) The sound of the beginning of a new hour, gurgled, got distracted, thought it looked like around the eye, then far away, then close, simple charging in general.
4) Selection of comfortable lighting around.
5) Regular sleep and walks in the fresh air, even if urgent and emergency work - this is of course ideal, but we must strive.
Glasses for monitors - placebo, drops are harmful for regular use, 1-2 times a month is normal, often - they make it even worse, you can consult any ophthalmologist.

1) A flickr-free monitor, or if you don’t want to buy a new one, then take an existing one, set the brightness to 100%, and do the dimming programmatically.
2) It is necessary to reduce the brightness.
3) Always work in good light, the brightness of the monitor and the wall behind it should be approximately the same.
4) Already mentioned f.lux to reduce the blue component.
5) Sit as far away from the monitor as possible, laptops are evil in this regard.
6) From glasses you can try these - www.antiochki.ru. I have transparent (not yellow) at +0.5, I want to order more at +0.25.
7) Drink vitamins.

Drops Oftagel or systain. Large type is easier on the eyes. Go to an ophthalmologist, he will tell you how to treat computer syndrome
