Which TV can be used as an external monitor for a 2014 MacBook Air 13"?

Hello. I have a macbok air 13, 2014. I wanted to buy a 43” TV with 4K resolution. On the Apple website, I found information that 4K supports air 2015. The question is, what is the maximum resolution on an external monitor that air 14 can pull through a Thunderbolt port? Please share information or a link to the specification.
I also want to understand if the game is worth the candle? Will this configuration (43” TV, wireless keyboard and trackpad, sofa 2-2.5 meters away from the TV, macbook air with hdmi cable) work for normal surfing and reading? After all, as I understand it, I will have to rely only on 30Hz.

4k TVs began to appear only 1-1.5 years ago in free sale at an adequate price. That kind of resolution over Thunderbolt 2, which you have in your Macbook, is not available, let alone HDMI.
