Will a weak laptop handle a second monitor?

Good afternoon. I have a weak laptop - pentium silver and 4 gb of RAM. Acer Swift 1. Does it make sense to take a powerful monitor? Will he pull 4k without lags? Does 144hz make sense? Budget up to 25k. Will the laptop sit down quickly with a powerful monitor? Should I take FHD, not QHD? I checked the work with a TV set on FHD at 55 Hz. I didn’t lag, the TV set is in an uncomfortable place and you can’t move it, that’s why I’m watching the monitor. I use the laptop ONLY for work. For games there is a curling iron with the same TV set FHD and 55 Hz
