Are there any serious disadvantages of Ultrwide IPS monitors?

I decided to crush the toad and take something like the DELL U3415W.
In fact, there is practically no choice in this segment (although if someone shares their experience on other monitors, I will study with pleasure).

I take it under an IDE with a dark theme, I don’t want to take two monitors, because in a two-monitor it’s almost impossible to work with the code + Project inspector + db inspector at the same time, but it’s most convenient for me.

34 21:9 in height will turn out exactly like 27 16:9, so I think the diagonal is optimal.

The only serious doubt is the backlight. IPS matrices are very uneven, especially 21:9, probably with a dark IDE theme this can be noticeable. VA / TN has already got a few with its very modest angles. Of course, there will also be toys, but they are good on IPS too (60 Hz there are also goodies).

Anyone with experience please share.
