I have a lenovo b590 (20208) laptop with an i3-2348m processor, will it fit to replace the Core i7-2620M? If it does not fit, can you tell me which processors are suitable for installation in my laptop.

In many modern laptops, the processor is soldered and cannot be replaced.

In theory, yes. On ali express 2720 and 2820 processors are sold for about 5k.
Just in case, specify what chipset you have and check the compatibility of the processor with it. It's written in the specifications.
