Printing via computer by wifi and wifi hard disk

Hello! At home there is a Wi-Fi network, a printer and an extra laptop :) I would like to make sure that a printer is connected to the laptop, it also distributes the Internet and there is a wifi hard drive (preferably with the ability to connect also a usb one).
That is, the scheme is as follows:

You do not know how to correctly express your thoughts. It's quite difficult to understand what you mean.
Let's discard the strange idea that a laptop should distribute the Internet - if you have a router, this is an unjustified complication.
In the router settings, write a fixed ip-address for the laptop. On a laptop in XP, share the printer and hard drive via samba (on ubuntu, it’s probably also possible, but on xp, it’s probably easier). For Ubuntu, smb://ip/share.
From all other computers, contact by ip (you can register it in hosts). For Windows, this is \\ip\share, where share is the name of the home folder.

Wait, so you still have a router? What is the internet for? The question is more like a rebus) wifi hard disk is a disk that can be accessed via wifi? Let's assume that the Internet comes in via a whirlwind and I'm right about the wifi hard drive. then we stick a vitukha, a printer and a usb screw into the laptop. We set up NAT on the laptop, share the screw (it turns out “wifi hard drive”), share the printer ... profit!
Yes, and I wouldn’t do it on a laptop, but I would buy a wi-fi router with a USB port, because the laptop heats up, makes noise, its radiator is overgrown with dust from constant work and -1 potentially useful piece of iron for the house.

For a printer, you can buy a hardware wireless print server for 1800 rubles (for example, such www.ulmart.ru/goods/157865/ ). Programmatically, such a print server is connected to Windows as a network port using the TCP\IP protocol.
