The choice of "office" netbook?

It is required to pick up for parents an office netbook of 11-13 inches.
The goals are extremely simple - work with documents, mail, films.
Win7 will immediately be demolished and put in WinXP, as parents are more familiar :)
On a budget of up to 13-14 thousand in Moscow.
While choosing between:

  • Lenovo IdeaPad U165
  • Lenovo IdeaPad S205
  • Asus Eee PC 1215p

Criticize the choice, maybe you will advise something else.

A week ago, I just bought a Lenova S205, a 4-gigabyte model just came out at 12,000, I took it as a second, mobile laptop, since it's inconvenient to always carry your Dell XPS 15z with you.
But the S205 is an excellent laptop, a light, comfortable keyboard (although I’m still at work because the Fn key has been moved for all Lenova), but they don’t stick together and are printed blindly, a 6-cell battery under Ubuntu lives 3.5-4 hours in network surfing mode (wifi ) and work with office programs, I did not try to watch movies.
In general, from what I saw and chose (I recently took the Asus EEPC 1215B to my wife, it's good too, but the battery is smaller and the keyboard is not so pleasant) IMHO was the best option.

I recommend on the AMD Fusion platform.
There are 4 processor options
1-core 1.0GHz, code C-30
2-core 1.0GHz, code C-50
1-core 1.6GHz, code E-240
2-core 1.6GHz, code E-350
somewhere read tests and comparison, I couldn’t find them - only this news: hitech.newsru.com/article/12jan2011/amdfusion I quote
:
“But the net performance (excluding video processing speed) of the C-50 processor was slightly lower than that of the dual-core N550 running at a higher frequency of 1.6 GHz (as measured by Cinebench)."
In short, for those who do not have enough atom processor power, the E-350 with two cores is enough for the eyes.
Well, there is nothing to say about the video core built into the CPU - STALKER runs like crazy if you do not turn on dynamic lighting

I myself have been working for more than 3 years on MSI Wind U100 + connection to an external monitor where available. In my example, colleagues bought samsungs, asus and others. Wide experience. In your circumstances, the answer will come down to a simple one: choose where the keyboard is more comfortable for the parents' fingers. There will be no fundamental difference in such tasks. Who works in CS4 flash, and who slows down in films :-)

Overpay a little and take core i3 =) the overpayment is not big (at least with the asus), and the performance will be many times better with the same dimensions. For example, I am looking at these models:
one
two
three
four
five
