What can cause the monitor to go blank when opening (any) applications / windows in full screen?

I have a laptop for a year and a half "Msi gs60", about a year I've been sitting on the tenth Windows. Recently, a chaotic bug appeared that the monitor went out and white stripes were still going on it for 2-3 seconds. Over time, I began to notice a pattern that this only appeared when running on battery power or in power-saving mode.
But over and over again, all my observations collapsed with other options for the occurrence of this bug. About a week ago, it stopped turning on at all, or rather the monitor itself and the white lines were 100% of the time, closed ... carried it to the service (fortunately, the guarantee is another half a year). They ask me to show what is wrong. I turn it on - it works without problems)) Well, yes, the very law of meanness. They add to this that the problem may be in Windows, referring to the fact that the product was sold with Windows 8.1 (Hello insanity).
Well, ok, I decided to reinstall Windows. Reinstalled - was glad that the bug does not appear. It lasted a week, now this chaos has appeared again. Only the monitor is already without stripes, it just goes out when you open the same browsers or explorer in full screen.
For example: I load a laptop, everything is ok on the desktop, I press alt + ctrl + del, the process window opens to a quarter of the screen - everything is ok. I click on the frame 2 times in order to open it in full screen - it immediately goes out, but the keyboard can still be controlled, for example, turn it off via alt + f4. Reboots, shutdowns - inclusions - do not help.
Time passes (a couple of hours) I turn it on again - it works fine. I'll carry it again under warranty - they will check it and if this bug does not show itself - they can slap an invoice.
Therefore, I decided to ask here: What could be the reasons? Maybe someone has come across...

Replacing the cable from the display matrix to the motherboard. Heating / changing the position of the cover / pressure on the edges of the screen breaks the connection.
In my laptop, in such a situation, I manually soldered the entire cable in the place where it frayed. It lasted another 5 years, then I found a new train.
