The speaker is silent, if you pull out the RAM, it swears at the video card 1 long 2 short (ami bios).
If you pull out the video card, and leave the RAM, or pull out both the GPU and the RAM, it's still 1-2 signals.
I checked the video card on another computer, it works. The power supply is normal, only 3.3 in the line produces 3.4.
The processor is warming up, the bridge is also warm, the video card is also warming up, the fan is spinning, the power elements are also warm. The motherboard is intact, no scratches, no burnouts, no swollen conders.
The RAM is supported by the motherboard, and is also working with a high probability. The battery is dead according to the multimeter. Could there be a problem with the battery? I do not want to buy in vain, 70 rubles is a pity. And what to do?.

Can I have more data (RAM models, video cards, motherboards, processors)? Is there an embedded video? It is unlikely that the matter is in the battery, from practice the chances of this are negligible.
