Is it possible to adjust the positioning of the master-page on the page in Indesign CC?

I have Indesign CC, which has the following bug: the master page is centered when a page is duplicated, the size of which is different from this master page.

The question is: when resizing the page, you can turn on the display of the master page on the page, while it can be moved. Since it's auto-aligned, is there some tool or script to help set up the auto-alignment of the master page on top?
Ps I googled the info on the bug, there are several topics on the Adobe forum, but no solution was found. Moreover, it is somehow not massive, and I did not find similar topics at all in Runet.
