Is it possible for a site to load slowly due to multiple menus on the main page?

Good afternoon.
Recently, I noticed a slow loading of the site (I think it was like that before, I just didn’t pay attention). Could it be because of the multiple menus on the site? The first one is at the very top, the second one is lower - by sections of the catalog, the third one - with pictures of blue men, and there is also a menu in the basement.
Here: Main page . Thanks in advance for your replies.

There is a tool in the control panel - debugging. It gives comprehensive information about the running time of each component on the page.
If you are too lazy to press the button, you can simply add this to the address:

?show_page_exec_time=Y&show_include_exec_time=Y&show_sql_stat=Y

Remove 1-1.5 MB images from the slider
And for some reason, captcha is loaded on the main page, although I don't need it. Perhaps it is worth loading it somehow later, when it is needed, and not for all users in a row.
