The customer wants a logo in the form of a camera lens with a changing focus. Tell me a resource or if anyone has, then please share.

Such animation is done in After Effects (in-house or by a hired designer).
You are unlikely to find a ready-made one, but you can try searching for camera lens animation or similar queries.
