How to use the golden ratio in web design?

Yes, many articles can be found on Google, but most of them are full of paintings by Leonardo da Vinci and photographs of Greek buildings, but there are very few examples from the world of web design and UI.
-So how can the golden ratio be applied when designing different types of website layouts and UI?
-How can I check other people's sites for using the golden ratio?
-What tools are available to help with this? (except for calculators)
-How exactly do you need to use the section?
ps Please, no comments like "button accordion" and "already wiped the topic" are needed. Either your explanation is needed, or links to articles or videos, with many examples from web design and an explanation of how to use it yourself.
Because when you start using it in practice, there is no certainty that you are doing it right.
Thanks in advance!

The golden ratio (GS) in web design will not help. And yes, design in general.
There were many experiments where two identical works but slightly different. One has AP applied and the other does not. People's opinions differ. Approximately 50/50.
You probably won't find an AP site that is popular.
