Website development. Corporate style development. IP registration

Need advice from those who have gone through this procedure.
1) Taxes: I would like to pay them depending on income; if there is no profit, pay nothing.
2) The possibility of concluding contracts with third-party specialists. We sign an agreement that specifies what exactly a person needs to do (for example, make up a template), without salaries, once. When necessary, the contract is re-drawn.
I am interested in the form of taxation to choose. Specific costs, upon registration. Compulsory payments regardless of income. Type of activity (creation of web-resources, including online stores).

Region: Russia, Vladimir region

1) 2 forms of taxation
a) 6% of everything you received
b) 15% of everything you received minus everything you spent. But in “spent” you can write off not everything, but only selectively.
2) Pay about 16 thousand a year to the IP pension fund for yourself, but this amount is deducted from taxes. Those. if in option 1a taxes for the year are 30 thousand, then pay 16 in pension and 14 in taxes.
3) It’s not a question for specialists to pay, what form of taxation for white calculations according to FIG. However, paying specialists to individuals on white is confusing and not profitable (almost 50% will go to taxes, i.e. a specialist instead of 200 rubles in black will receive 100 rubles in white) - therefore, by the way, freelancing (black or IP-shny by 6% is so popular). Hence the conclusion - if you are ready to pay specialists in black, perhaps 6% will be more profitable, because. with 15% black payouts are not deductible.

1. Form of taxation - STS (simplified), or 6% are paid from all income, or 15% from the difference in income minus expenses. No profit - and do not pay.
2. You conclude the contract as an individual entrepreneur, no problems.
There are almost no registration costs, 800 rubles. like a state duty + for all sorts of little things, to make a seal there, etc. You will make mandatory payments annually to the PFR + MHIF + something else, but it seems to be canceled this year. The amount will be about 17 thousand per year. If you need a current account, it will come out from another 500 rubles. per month.

1) LLC is better - there are no mandatory deductions if there are no employees.
The individual entrepreneur pays mandatory contributions to off-budget funds (FSS, PFR) from 12 minimum wages per year, EVEN WITH ZERO PROFIT or losses
2) contract agreement - read the Civil Code

By the way, if you find a few more like-minded people (that is, those who don't really want to give their last to taxes :)), then you can look towards such a form as a production cooperative. You can read more here .
