1) As it was written above, after 5 minutes of being on the site, it does not become clear what kind of site it is, why it is needed, etc. Well, you wrote what the site does, but imagine that your visitor does not come from Habr, where he read who you are and what you are, but ... yes, you never know where, it just doesn’t matter. From the first glance at the page, it should become clear to him who you are, what you are doing, what good it will do for him and why he should “stay with you”.
2) Colors are just a nightmare. First impression: “Another groupon, I won’t even watch it.” Moderate the brightness of colors, define for yourself a certain color scheme and stick to it.
3) Site header - falls out of the spotlight. It would be better if it was also against the background of this organizer, but separated from further content. In general, now the header is the last place I noticed, and you have both navigation and a slogan there, and there could be a concise description of the site. For example, "We collect for you all the most interesting events in Moscow"
