The question arose - is it possible to do it on Bitrix? There is such a thing on Ozone, but there is a designer like Tilda. This is done in the product card template. If you do not know how to customize a template in Bitrix, then without the help of a programmer it is unlikely that you will be able to repeat it.
You need to customize
local/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE_NAME/components/bitrix/catalog/main/bitrix/catalog.element/PRODUCT_CARD_TEMPLATE/template.php
