Intel processor repair?

Through the fifth hand, I received the mother of Asus p9x79 and the percent for it. According to the stories of the giver: 2 legs fell on one contact and evaporated, the percent made a boom and (?) Conder evaporated. The mother went into a non-warranty repair, there were not many questions with the replacement of the socket.
Where to take a percentage (preferably SC with a guarantee) in Moscow?
How true is the story told to me by the next owner in your opinion?

Solder a new one, what guarantees can there be if the owner's hands were from w.

It is very similar to the fact that it was simply broken off - even the second one is broken.
Before my eyes, some smd component was also already “evaporating” - as a result, a “funnel” was formed on the textolite with a depth of half the thickness of the textolite and a couple of millimeters in diameter, and within a radius of a centimeter or two everything was black. And another black spot on the body of the device with a diameter of five to seven centimeters. There were only three or five volts. So if the smd component "evaporates" - it does not pass without a trace.

The legs were bent on the motherboard - this happens, it’s enough not to correctly insert the percent. Or your hands are shaking.
Container is broken. Most likely, the processor fell or was transported (OEM) in something without a native box, it is worth looking for places of bruises (see on the conder to the right, it is a little scratched).
