Hello, in the service they turned off the discrete video card after repair (they said that it does not work correctly), it is not in the device manager, how can I turn it back on at least so that it is displayed in the manager?

Go into the BIOS and reset it to default settings.
If knowledge allows, then in the PCI section there will be an Integrated Graphics (IGP) section, you can activate it back there

They explained to you in the service that it was turned off. Now you only have the built-in. This is a common situation where it does not make sense or the client does not want to pay for the replacement of a discrete chip.
