How to set reverse gear on FlySky FS-GT3B?

Please help me with sensible advice or an explanation of what I'm doing wrong.
I bought a 2WD buggy Amewi-22075, complete with BC motor and 27 MHz equipment.
I immediately threw out the equipment and bought separately a three-channel FlySky FS-GT3B with a receiver (immediately bind from the factory).
By default, the first channel is the steering wheel, the second is the goaz-brake and power, the third I don’t know why yet.
The first channel works adequately - servo left-right, everything is fine.
The third one (I don’t need it at the moment, but I still checked it) starts the motor on the button or puts the servo in the extreme position, everything is fine too.
But the second one does not work quite the way I would like - it normally gives out gas, but only forward. Trim, reverse, end points, brake, exponent. double consumption - it all works great. But there is no reverse.
I do not understand what's the matter ... maybe it should be so? But without a reverse gear, this dull buggy turns out.
Took checked on the components that have accumulated in the workshop: BC-motors and various regulators.
If you connect a regulator for aircraft to the second channel, then it does not turn the motor at all (although it turns to the maximum on the third channel). If you connect a regulator for a boat (it is water-cooled), then it spins and brakes correctly on the second channel and spins to the maximum on the third. I'm a beginner in this hobby, I'm only getting my first experience, so maybe my questions are stupid, but:
1. Regulators for different purposes (auto, air, boat) do they have different reactions to commands from the remote control?
2. How is this to be understood - the lack of reverse gear on a buggy? Is this a feature of the model or is it a dead regulator or an incorrectly tuned transmitter?
3. How can I live on?
I looked for information on forums / YouTubes - everything is simple for people there, they shoved the battery and everything went. but for me it's the other way around.
Friends, help with advice or a useful link.
Thanks please!
