How to start small-scale production of electronic circuits?

There is a successfully working prototype of the device + self-written software for it. In short, a bunch of SoC + CAN bus + GSM modem.
In the current implementation, everything consists of wiring and individual components: Orange PI + Cantact + SIM 900L. Everything was assembled from more for ourselves and sawn with a file to a more or less stable product.
There is potential interest from customers in the finished device, but I can’t even imagine how to make a one-piece device from this pile of components, which could already be shown to the customer and, ideally, organize small-scale production

JLCPCB
Order boards, solder components. The soldering of smd components there, it seems, can also be ordered immediately.
Well, if it is assumed that a potential customer will use the device as a kind of black box, take any box, screw all the necessary interfaces, power supply to it and stick a sticker from the printer.

Taking into account the last paragraph, I can advise you to hire a person who will lay out the boards for your project, prepare the BOM sheet, make a prototype of the project and accompany this whole story into production.

Well, how to say, attachments can be soldered at the same board factory, but a microcomputer is unlikely. The easiest thing to see is a dongle for all components. Nothing prevents then to fill it in the case with a compound under the neck, so that it does not come apart from those who want to pick the insides. The Chinese, on the other hand, sell thousands of milling cutters, 3d printers and do not take a steam bath.
If you want everything in one - try to talk directly with the same hardkernel, but get ready for the production of orders of thousands of pieces

JLCPCB is the right choice.
You need to breed the board, prepare files in gerbera format.
Prepare a BOM file with a list of components, and send it all to the JLCPCB.
Payment by card, delivery to the door.
It must be taken into account that if the order is worth more than 200 euros and it seems to the customs officers that this is a commercial cargo, then it will be wrapped at customs, and then you will have to clear customs, and this is still a pleasure, sometimes it is easier to refuse the cargo.
