A simple program for designing electrical wiring?

My task is to cross two car wiring (I put another motor in the car)
I have text pinouts of control units, fuse blocks with pin numbering and color descriptions, there are also scattered black and white circuit diagrams for connecting different generators, air conditioners, lighting, etc. P.
I need a program in which I could collect this information and get a color illustrative connection diagram similar to those that are for domestic cars. For example , gas-3110 Little things are not required, the simpler the better.

Ordinary circuit designers are not suitable?
The same sPlan, for example.

If you need a program specifically for drawing a circuit diagram, with control of circuits, pins and an element base, then PCAD.
If it's just a vector drawing tool, then Visio, or one of its cheaper alternatives, Edraw, which I use for example.

Look at EagleCAD or a simpler and free option - Sprint Layout

If you decide to use something for drawing circuit diagrams (after all, there is a tracer there that will check whether everything is connected in your diagram), then I advise you to look towards KiCAD. Unlike any paid counterparts, it is free, so it will be pleasant to the soul (that you are not breaking the law), and in the future it will suddenly come in handy ...

Try MultiSim, my friend draws all sorts of things for them
