How to send from Russia for export to the European Union 100 pieces of watches from an individual entrepreneur or a private person?

We are two private traders registered as individual entrepreneurs, we have developed an electronic watch (export duties in the Russian Federation are 0%).
We found a buyer in Italy and he wanted to buy in batches of 100 pieces. And this is a "commercial party".
Made the first batch and packed.
A parcel came out:
40x30x15 in size,
weighing 4 kg,
in a parcel of 100 watches for 3 bucks each.
They look like ordinary watches, of which there are a myriad of watches on aliexpress, for about the same price.
The buyer in Italy requires that everything be honestly indicated on the invoice: "Electronic watch 100 pieces at 3 bucks per piece" - he must pay taxes and at their customs he says they will actually check.
We tried to send by different companies (PonyExpress, Feedex, Major, etc.) but everyone refuses. this is a "commercial party" and are not accepted from private traders.
They called the customs - they either do not pick up the phone or answer that it is none of their business and ask to call back to another department.
We live in a city where there is no customs office. And in the future, it is necessary to send such parcels regularly without trips to another city, spending a maximum of a day. There is no desire, no money, no time to fully complete a transaction with a technical specification, a currency account, on behalf of an enterprise, etc., etc.
We really don’t want the same running around for a month through customs as in the article:

How can we, as an individual or as an individual entrepreneur, send such a package fully and officially to the European Union without unnecessary problems?

Look for a company that deals with embezzlement issues. There are hundreds of such firms. Just sell to them and they will do everything further. Otherwise, it's better to shoot yourself than to get all these certificates. You will need an invoice and a certificate of origin for each detail. The seller of components is unlikely to give you this.
