I lost the ability to use the mouse in Win 10 on Lenovo ideapad Z710, what should I do?

Windows 10 Pro (Insider preview), all drivers are installed from offsite but the touchpad does not work.
Device Manager->Mice and other pointing devices->Lenovo Pointing Device(!)
(Properties->General tab) This device cannot start (Code 10).
The drivers are the latest from the lenovo website (from 09/10/2015).
(Properties->Details tab) Hardware ID ACPI\VEN_STU&DEV_1104
Settings panel->Devices->Mouse and Touchpad, no touchpad settings, only mouse settings and advanced mouse settings. There is no mouse cursor icon on the screen, the touch panel does not respond to turning on / off with the F6 key.
When connecting a USB wired / wireless / bluetooth mouse, a HID-compatible mouse appears in the device manager, but the cursor still does not appear and neither the touch nor the mouse works.
Uninstalling or disabling through the task manager does not work (after 3-5 minutes the device reappears and installs the driver).
When the device is physically disconnected, nothing changes. The device itself does not physically sit on USB but on PS / 2, as well as the built-in keyboard.

Ok, I just rolled back to the usual Win 10. Apparently, the problem is in the update that arrived at the Anniversary Edition Insiders Preview - in particular, there is a new Defender that offered to "fix the problem with the lenovo pointing device driver" after which it all started.
