How to work for UPWORK if you have a Crimean residence permit?

How do you think it is possible to work for upwork if the registration is Crimean? The relocation option is still unsatisfactory. The account was blocked, documents with confirmation are needed ... blablabla ...
I'm already thinking, in order to ride to the mainland, to agree with someone for money, so that they would give me a temporary residence permit (for money, of course).
What other options might there be in such a situation? Preferably legal...
