At the moment I have experience in .Net, but in the field of desktop application development, and to be honest, I don’t want to get into the web at all (I don’t like layout, etc.), although I understand ASP.NET is in demand.
How much is desktop development in demand on such exchanges, or is it still better to start learning RoR, JavaScript in parallel?
