Why RedGate Source Controll doesn't see dll from gac?

Good time of the day. There is a problem: there is a distribution kit with RedGate Source Control 3.2. After successful installation, I run SSMS and get a message that the add-in threw an exception. I go to the logs and there I see:

Failed to load assembly Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Client, Version=11.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a

At the same time, I have both .net 3.5 and 4.5.
