After completing the order, the client was dissatisfied and put a bad rating and not a very good review on Elance. Before that, there were good reviews and ratings 5. Since I am new to freelancing, there were few projects.
After that, clients, except for regular ones, almost do not respond to my requests. At the same time, I think that my level of skills is good (I am engaged in design and photo processing).
Tell me what to do in such a situation? What to write to the client to attract him?
Can you lower the price?

Ask regulars to write new reviews.

Discuss immediately with all customers that they are required to leave a review. Or give a discount for leaving a review, any, positive and negative.
