Is freelancing worth it for a novice web programmer?
Technology stack:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript (+JQuery), Python (+Django), MySQl.
Is it possible to learn this in half a year spending ~4 hours a day?
It is often said that it is better to work in the office first... The problem is that I live in a small town, there are very few vacancies. Is it possible to freelance right away?

Why these rhetorical questions?
Learn - well done. Do not learn - teach. But what if we say that it is possible to learn, and you do not learn what will be? Will there be pink snow?
