How to warp files?

The next time I turned on the PC, I discovered that some kind of virus completely wiped my C drive (System, completely, that is, including Windows). Reinstalled Windows. Is there any way to get back deleted files?

If, after searching and restoring files, everything should be found without any problems, and if before, then the chance to return is sharply reduced, since the files of the installed OS will be written to the place of the ones they are looking for. There is only that which will not be overwritten by new files.
